Alan Rogers - VP of Sales

Alan Rogers is currently the Vice President of Sales for Harper Corporation of America overseeing anilox sales for the United States, Canada and Europe. Alan has over 20 years experience in the printing industry in both inks and anilox rolls. Prior to Harper Corporation, Alan was the National Sales Manager for Arcar Graphics, Waterbase Inks and Coatings, out of West Chicago, IL.  Alan graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Industrial Management where he also played college football. Alan began his career with Harper Corporation in 2004 as the Technical Account Manager for the Southeast for Wide Web printers and converters.

Craig Worman – Sales & Technical Manager-Central Region

Craig Worman has been in the flexographic industry for the past 26 years and has been with the Harper Corporation for 13 years.  He is the  Sales & Technical Manager for the Mid-West including Arizona and New Mexico.  He has completed Ty Boyd Excellence in Speaking in 2003.  Completed the FIRST Implementation Specialist certification Level I in 2013.

John Christiansen - Technical Account Manager

25 years’ experience in flexographic printing. Strong operations professional skilled in print management, Operation Management, Production Management and Print/Equipment troubleshooting. Experience ranging from press operator to plant management. Also managed the Mark Andy training center and demo center in Chesterfield MO for 3 years. Completed First Certified Press Operator Level III training in 2015.

Gordon Smith - Technical Account Manager Northeast

Gordon has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Business Management from Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ. He possess over 30 years of comprehensive industry knowledge gained from extensive experience in the printing, packaging, and industrial marketplace. Gordon has been with Harper Corporation since 2003 serving as the Technical Account Manager in the northeastern United States. As a certified FTA FIRST Operator Level 1, he continuously seeks solutions to graphic and print issues while improving customer print capabilities. He has received numerous awards for sales performance during his career with Harper Corporation.

Bill Mulligan - Technical Account Manager Northeast

Bill Mulligan has over 40 years in the flexographic printing segment with six of those years (1994-2000) spent with the Harper Corporation.  During that time Bill held Technical Account Manager, Wide Web Sales Manager, Narrow Web Sales Manager and Global Director OEM Sales positions with the company.

In addition to anilox rolls Bill has sold and supported inks, substrates, consumables and capital equipment to both the narrow and wide web flexographic segments.

Bill spent the first 15 years of his flexographic career on the manufacturing side of the label printing segment, that experience has proved beneficial to both Bill and his clients.

Brian Rogers - Technical Account Manager Southeast

Brian Rogers is currently the Technical Account Manager for Harper Corporation of America in the Southeast. Prior to Harper Corporation, Brian played Major League Baseball for the Pittsburgh Pirates. Brian played his collegiate baseball at Georgia Southern University where he was drafted after his junior season. He recently retired from professional baseball to complete his degree and focus on a new career. Brian worked at Kiawah Golf Resort outside of Charleston, SC while completing his degree and held various positions in Sales & Marketing as well as caddy on the signature Ocean Front Golf Course. He completed his degree from Troy University with a BS in Sports Management.

Rommel Manabat – Technical Account Manager Southeast

Rommel Manabat brings over 28 years of combined experience in production and project management with comprehensive knowledge in flexography and offset printing. His possession of both a technical and creative skill set proved valuable in his role as Prepress Manager for over 14 years in the world of wide web flexible packaging. That versatility and strong ability to collaborate effectively across multiple manufacturing platforms allows him to utilize his in-depth knowledge of prepress, print production and manufacturing to recognize and find solutions.

Kyle Podolanko – Technical Account Manager 
Kyle has nearly 10 years of experience in printing and packaging. He has several years of experience in project management and continuous improvement projects, based on the principles of the Milliken Performance System. He has extensive knowledge of flexographic printing processes, from prepress to finishing. Over the past few years, Kyle has developed a specialty and a passion for color management, including press characterization, color standardization, ink formulation, and spectrophotometry. He has completed several technical courses regarding color theory and manipulation. Kyle studied Business Management at The University of Texas at Arlington..

Greg Harms – Technical Account Manager - Narrow Web
Greg Harms has amassed more than 20 years of experience in production and management throughout the flexographic industry. He joined Harper Corporation in May 2012 as the Southeast HGS Advisor, a role that he has excelled in. Prior to joining Harper, he was the Operations Manager at St. Louis Pressure Sensitive. As operations manager, he focused on team building, lean manufacturing, cost reduction, just to name a few.  He currently resides in Andover MN with his Wife and 3 Daughters.

Ken Jones - Technical Account Manager - Wide Web

Ken graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Illinois State University, and has been a sales and account management professional for the past 17 years.  He and has worked for Harper in the Great Lakes region since 2008-handling wide web markets.  Ken attended the Ty Boyd Excellence in Speaking Institute in 2008, and is a Level II Implementation Specialist, certified by the FTA.  He frequently performs training sessions at Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton Wisconsin, and at Illinois State University, where he is a member of the Graphic Communications Department Advisory Committee.  In 2009 and 2010, Ken was also selected to Harper Corporation’s Presidents Club rewarding exceptional sales performance.

Europe & Asia

Josh Sigmon - Sales & Technical Manager - Europe/Asia

Josh is a recent graduate of the University of Central Missouri with a BS in Graphic Technologies. He also received an AAS in Graphic Arts & Imaging Technology as well as an AAS in Graphic Arts & Imaging Technology with a Flexography Concentration from Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, NC. Josh participated in the Phoenix Challenge in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 where he won 3 awards in this year for design research and execution. He was also PICA Award Recipient in 2013. While attending CPCC, Josh worked full time for Harper Corporation of America as Quality Assurance Inspector, certifying that Harper anilox rolls were within customer specifications before rolls were shipped. Josh also worked full time working for a large format printer while finishing up his BS degree in Kansas City, Missouri. All of this combined gives Josh 4 years competition experience in the Phoenix challenge, 7 years of work experience and 3 degrees.

Juan Bermudez - VP Sales Latin America

Juan Bermudez is the Vice President of Sales for the Latin American region at Harper Corporation of America. He has 26 years of experience in sales and market’s management. For the past 17 years, he has been in charge of managing the Latin American region for Harper.

Throughout his tenure at Harper, Juan has participated as a juror in various flexographic printing contests, has written several technical articles, and has been a speaker in multiples international events. Most recently, he was certified by the FFTA, as a FIRST Implementation Specialist.

Juan has a bachelor’s degree in International Business, and an MBA degree from Pfeiffer University.
