Published: 10.01.2009

Charlotte, N.C., October 1, 2009 - The 2009 Harper Flexographic Solutions Tour will conclude Wednesday, October 14th, with a day-long stop at Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, Wisconsin. The seminar is free, and seating is limited. Early registration suggested.

Harper Corporation's own technical service experts Bill Malm and Tony Donato will be joined by industry experts from All Printing Resources, BST, FlexoWASH, Flxon and Eastman Kodak and will be presenting to attendees proven ways to enhance print quality, improve make-ready and pressroom efficiencies.

This day-long seminar will focus on an over-all program designed to present methods, equipment and processes from understanding G7, pre-press, print troubleshooting, preventing press room problems through better understanding of anilox, doctor blades, and ink proofing. Do not just come to the seminar, bring your questions to the presenters. They will be there to help and assist the attendees with their flexo related questions.

The session will take place in the DJ Bordini Business & Industry Center on Systems Drive at the technical college. Attendees will get the opportunity to tour the college's extensive flexo labs and be briefed on all the programs available to the printing industry.

The Harper Flexographic Solutions Tour sessions are designed for print managers and supervisors, operators, pre-press managers, graphic designers, ink, plate and pre-press suppliers as well as purchasing managers and general managers. Businesses may send an unlimited number of staff members at no cost, but seating is limited, so immediate registration is recommended.
