The chart at right represents a standard anilox inventory for wide web flexo presses running solvent and water-based* inking systems.

*Keep in mind, some water-based inking systems require approximately 5-10% additional volume. However, there are innovative ink companies currently developing strong water-based inks that may actually require less volume. Be sure to check with your ink company regarding any change in volume for your water-based inks.

As shown in the chart legend, the inventory specified contains anilox rolls designed for printing line solids, vignette and line, as well as process work.

The twelve anilox rolls specified below should meet the necessary requirements of any wide web flexo job, with the possible exception of special application materials other than ink.
