Harper Corporation Welcomes New Purchasing Manager

Charlotte, N.C., September 25, 2006 -  Global anilox supplier Harper Corporation of America is pleased to announce that Gregg W. Pearce has joined its team as the company's new corporate purchasing manager.

In this capacity, Pearce is responsible for managing and directing all purchasing functions for Harper Corporation of America in the United States.

"Obviously I am very excited to be working at Harper. This is a position where I can really make a difference in the bottom line," said Pearce. "The people here are first-class, and I am looking forward to a long career with Harper."

Pearce comes to his new position with a distinguished background in purchasing for the aerospace industry. He is a graduate of the University of California at Sacramento, having earned a bachelor's degree in business administration, focusing on strategic management.

Pearce and his wife, Kim, live near Charlotte, N.C., with their 6-year-old son and 2-year-old daughter.
