HarperScientific Welcomes New Customer Service Representative
Charlotte, N.C., October 16, 2005 – HarperScientific™, the printing and coating supplies division of global anilox supplier Harper Corporation of America, is pleased to announce that Josephine “Josie” Kirtz (pictured at left) has joined its team as a customer service representative.
In this capacity, Kirtz is responsible for assisting customers (and their customers) with inquiries, generating quotes and processing orders. With more than 14 years of experience in customer service, Josie feels right at home in her new position.
“I’ve been very impressed with the extent of my training. I’m getting out on the floor in pressrooms to see our products in use, in addition to having more standard training. The education process is amazing,” Kirtz said. “But the thing I’m enjoying most is the people – both my colleagues and the terrific customers I work with.”
